On October 23rd, Hefei University of Technology convened a special gathering at the Academic Conference Center to review the achievements in undergraduate enrollment for 2023. Following the guidelines outlined in the "Hefei University of Technology 2023 Undergraduate Enrollment Promotion Work Plan," the event recognized units that excelled in this year's enrollment promotion efforts. Notably, the School of Physics was awarded the distinction of Excellent Achievement in Enrollment Promotion for 2023.

Throughout the year, the School of Physics, under the guidance of the university's Party Committee and various departments, actively and deeply engaged in undergraduate enrollment promotion. They established strong connections with Huangshan City in Anhui Province and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, following the core principle of "utilizing diverse channels, comprehensive coverage, phased approaches, and a focus on key areas." They continuously refined their promotional strategies to highlight the university's distinctive qualities.

Thanks to the collaborative efforts of the School of Physics’ enrollment promotion team, the university significantly enhanced its lowest admission ranking in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region compared to the previous year. Specifically, the Hefei campus improved by a remarkable 1327 places (486 places higher than the set target), and the Xuancheng campus witnessed a rise of 3887 places (surpassing the goal by 2452 places).

In the future, the institution will uphold the spirit of unity and cooperation, persistently elevate its undergraduate enrollment promotion efforts, remain driven without complacency, and strive for further achievements in enhancing the university's reputation and the quality of student intake.
